REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions for Rewards member

To obtain a membership number and be a Member, I acknowledge, agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. I hereby request Chattaweekij Corporation Co., Ltd., its affiliates, and business partners ("Company") to grant me access to the Platform as a member until my membership is canceled due to no collection, exchange, or transfer of points within one consecutive year and no remaining points collection.
  2. I acknowledge that the Company will handle any collection, use, disclosure, and cross-border transfer of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. I understand that each point earned through the membership will remain valid for one year from the date of purchasing goods or services, and that every point is earned for every 10 baht spent.
  4. In the event of a dispute regarding earned points, I consent to the Company having the sole right to investigate and adjust the points for a maximum retroactive period of three months. The Company's decision-making authority in this matter is final.
  5. I accept that the Company may offer varying rights or benefits to individual members based on their purchase history, specific product promotions, and the Company's marketing policies.
  6. I agree that if I return any purchased item, I am obligated to reimburse the collected points and redemption rewards, or alternatively, repay the reward value in cash to the Company.
  7. I acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to decline providing the Platform or cancel my membership without providing a reason.
  8. I accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the membership agreement specified by the Company at the time of registering with the Platform, including any future amendments made without prior notice.
  9. I agree and acknowledge that the Company retains the sole right to make changes to membership conditions, reward earning, reward redemption, and any other special rights provided to members without prior notice.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising from this membership, the final decision lies with the Company.
  11. The Company reserves the right to cancel my membership and modify the conditions for the associated rights and privileges without prior notice.
  12. I acknowledge and agree that Qualifying purchases are purchases made at participating Crocodile brand retail stores, crocodileonline.com, or designated department stores: Central department stores, Robinson department stores, and The Mall department stores. Points cannot be earned on purchases made in other stores. Please note that the list of eligible department stores may change without prior notice. Qualifying purchases do not include gift card purchases (unless specified otherwise), employee purchases, purchases with discount programs or other promotional programs, prior purchases, purchases made by resellers, gift card payments, and specific excluded products or promotions as indicated by the Company.
  13. I acknowledge that every 10 points in the old rewards system (provided by Dayly) will be converted to 1 point in the new rewards system (provided by Pointspot). To transfer the points, I acknowledge that I will have to inform the company of my intention to do so.


Terms & Conditions for Platform ("Terms & Conditions")

Chattaweekij Corporation Co., Ltd., its affiliates, and business partners ("Company") has developed a Platform (www.crocodileonline.com) to serve as a communication channel between the Company and its member service users ("Members"). The Platform offers various services to Members, such as applying for membership, checking remaining points and expiration dates, updating personal data, accessing promotional campaigns by the Company and its business partners, redeeming points for specified items, transferring points between members and/or business allies, and other purposes determined by the Company.


Users of the Platform ("User", "Users", "you" or "your") have acknowledged and accepted that they are bound by the specified Terms & Conditions of the Platform. Users are advised to carefully read and understand these Terms & Conditions before engaging in any transactions on the Platform. By conducting transactions on the Platform, it is considered that you have accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Platform. The Company reserves the right to correct, modify or cancel these Terms & Conditions and/or any other agreements on the Platform without prior notice to Users.
 

  1. Scope of Platform usage and general conditions

1.1 The Company exclusively allows registered Platform members to perform various actions, including checking remaining points and expiration dates, updating personal data, accessing promotional campaigns, redeeming points, and other purposes determined by the Company.
1.2 Users must provide accurate and complete data to the Company on the Platform. This includes ensuring that their mobile number or personal email is up-to-date and valid.
1.3 Users acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the Platform's content, nor does it ensure that the Platform is free from viruses or any elements that may harm mobile devices.
1.4 Before using the Platform, Users must verify their personal information, including their name, family name, Member number, and remaining accumulated points, which are displayed on the Platform and sent via email after each transaction.
1.5 Users should review the conditions for rights, point redemption rates, privileges, and participation in activities before receiving rights, privileges, or participating in activities on the Platform.
1.6 Each use of the Platform signifies that Users are aware of and agree to abide by the current Terms & Conditions, including any future amendments.
1.7 Users acknowledge that the collection, use, disclosure, and cross-border transfer of their personal data will comply with the Privacy Policy.
1.8 The Company may suspend or cancel services provided through the Platform, or modify the list of trade promotions, without prior announcement or notice if reasonable cause exists.
1.9 The accumulated points that appears when checking the points will be the accumulated points up to the latest rewards points request (after the company has completed the purchase and points verification)
1.10 Points redeemed on the Platform will be processed and immediately deducted from the remaining points.
1.11  In redeeming the points on the Platform, the User may check the points redemption history in the "History" menu.
1.12 Once Users confirm point redemption or transfer on the Platform, the points cannot be refunded.
1.13 In case of disputes regarding point balance, Users consent to the Company's right to verify and adjust their point balance for the past six months. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
1.14 Accumulated points remain valid for one year from the year of purchase. The Company calculates the accumulated points on the last day of each calendar year based on the member's name, surname, member number, and displayed points on the Platform before exchanging them on the Platform.
 
  1. Applying for being a Member

2.1 Applicants for membership can submit their data to the Company and seek approval to become Members of the Platform. Applicants must adhere to the membership terms and conditions.
2.2 Applicants accept and agree to comply with the membership agreement's terms and conditions specified by the Company at the time of registration, including any subsequent amendments.

2.4 Membership applicants must not be minors, incompetent persons, or quasi-incompetent persons.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to cancel membership or modify rights and privileges without prior notice.
2.6 In the event of disputes related to the violation of the Terms and Conditions, the Company has the right to investigate and suspend the account without prior notice. In this case, the Company's decision is final.

3.1 Members must provide accurate and complete data during the registration process on the Platform.
3.2 Members are responsible for keeping their personal data up-to-date at all times.

4.1 Members have the option to update their personal data through the Platform.
4.2 Members must ensure that their personal data is always up-to-date in case any changes occur.
